Create board member accounts with access to online portal for dues payments, maintenance requests, owner requests, inquiries, and all other communication
Create owner accounts to access online portal to make dues payments, view important documents and site announcements
Provide all users detailed instructions on how to access and use the portal
FEE COLLECTION & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Collect monthly dues electronically through portal or by check
Oversee outstanding balances and send appropriate late notices
Coordinate with appointed attorney for past-due balances
Oversee adherence to condo documents
Enforce rules and regulations by communicating with board members
Offer solutions to resolve/avoid disputes
